We loved the location of the hotel. It was near a big mall and close to many restaurants, shops, and galleries. The staff was also friendly, helpful, and polite. We enjoyed the free breakfast that had a good selection of food and drinks, including fresh bread and coffee. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had great showers.

Located near a mall and the National University, this hotel boasts a great location. the staff is very attentive and friendly, offering advice on tourist activities and the cost of taxis. the free breakfast includes coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cereal. the rooms have plenty of blankets, and some have a microwave to use.

Bathroom safety measures need improvement.

The breakfast was simply amazing, with fresh bread and good coffee. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to a giant mall, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. I also loved the fact that the hotel offers plenty of blankets, which came in handy as Bogota can be a bit chilly at night.

The lack of bathroom safety measures was a bit disappointing, as my girlfriend fell and got hurt. We informed the receptionist, who showed a bad attitude and didn't seem to care.

The staff at Hoteles Bogota Inn Galerias was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast provided by the woman in charge was absolutely delightful, and made a great start to my day. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with a mall and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
